Abby Swanson

Associate Attorney

Abby works with corporate and individual clients across multiple industries. She has experience working with both employment and family-based petitions, as well as working on asylum matters. She has prepared and filed a wide variety of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and PERM based petitions.

Prior to joining Parker Gallini, Abby worked at high volume immigration firms on both the east and west coasts where she focused on employment-based immigration. She gained additional immigration experience through clinics and volunteering during her time in law school.

In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with friends, walking her dog, and exploring new cities.
