Shelley Starzyk

Senior Associate Attorney

Shelley works with corporate and individual clients across multiple industries with a focus on employment-based immigration. She has experience filing H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, PERM, and F-1 STEM OPT visas. She also has experience with a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, adjustment of status applications, naturalization, humanitarian visas, and waivers. Shelley enjoys developing strategies and solutions for complex immigration situations. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Prior to joining Parker Gallini, Shelley practiced immigration law for a small boutique immigration firm in Boston focusing on employment based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Prior to living in Boston, she owned and managed a boutique immigration law practice in Nashville, Tennessee, with a focus on family and employment based immigration, waivers, asylum, and humanitarian visas. She has represented individuals before USCIS and the Immigration Court. She has assisted individual and corporate clients in navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and gardening.
