Donald W. Parker

Immigration Attorney | Partner

Don’s practice focuses on business immigration. He represents a wide variety of businesses from small to large, multinational corporations in many different industry sectors. Don routinely works on all of the standard employment-based nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L, TN, O-1 and E) and has extensive experience with E-1/E-2 visas for entrepreneurs and investors and L visas for new business start-ups in the United States.

Don also handles applications for Permanent Resident status based on employer sponsorship. In addition, he has worked extensively with researchers, university faculty members and persons of "extraordinary ability and achievement" in a wide variety of fields in structuring and submitting applications for permanent resident status.

Because he also previously practiced business and tax law, Don brings to his immigration work a significant base of knowledge and sensitivity to the issues faced by businesses, entrepreneurs and investors.

Don is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Don has been recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers for more than 15 years.
