Vicki works with individuals and corporate clients of all sizes across multiple industries. She has extensive experience filing nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, J-1, L-1, E-1/E-2, F-1 STEM OPT, O-1, TN, H1B1, E-3 and B-1/B-2 visitors, as well as extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, multinational manager, national interest waiver, and PERM-based immigrant visa filings and adjustment of status applications. She frequently works with startup founders on treaty investor, O-1, and EB-1 petitions as they grow their businesses and is skilled at helping companies navigate their immigration options and develop internal policies.

She has also worked with many individual clients to prepare family-based petitions and applications for relatives, including I-130, I-751, N-400, N-600, and I-601 and I-601A waiver applications. She has also represented clients before USCIS in green card and naturalization interviews and supported clients through consular processing. Vicki has navigated complex issues surrounding Dept. of State visa issuance, including supporting clients through the National Interest Exception process during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Vicki is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2023 Edition) in Immigration Law. She is also selected for recognition by the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2022, as a "Top Rated Immigration Attorney in Waltham, MA."  

Vicki has published articles on immigration law developments and the role of immigration in current politics, including summaries of the latest immigration policy updates, available in the Parker Gallini monthly newsletter and archived on our blog, Immigration at Work.

She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has provided pro bono legal support to individuals in the US citizenship process through several local organizations. She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association and an alumna of the BBA’s Public Interest Leadership Program (PILP Class 2020-2021).
