Sarah M. Coleman

Immigration Attorney | Partner

Sarah joined Parker Gallini as a partner after previously practicing immigration law at Boston-area immigration firms for more than a decade. Sarah brings extensive experience managing and cultivating client relationships with and representing a sophisticated group of multinational corporations, mid-size firms, start-ups, and nonprofits in a wide range of industries.

Partnering with in-house counsel, human resources and talent acquisition professionals, foreign nationals, managers, and compliance officers, Sarah manages clients’ employment-based, non-immigrant and immigrant immigration matters and advises on organization-wide issues including immigration compliance, the consequences of business reorganizations, and immigration policy development.

She also continues to regularly advise individuals on family-based immigration and naturalization matters.

Sarah is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and she has chaired and lectured at several immigration conferences and presentations through AILA, the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the Boston Bar Association (BBA), and the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA). 

Sarah is selected for inclusion in the 2023 edition of  The Best Lawyers in America in Immigration Law, and has been each year since 2016. She also received the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star accolade in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Sarah holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in International Relations and Japanese from Tufts University. She has traveled extensively throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States.
