Paul Kazarnovsky
Associate Immigration Attorney
Paul’s practice focuses on business immigration. He represents corporate clients and individuals across multiple industries. He has extensive experience managing nonimmigrant (H-1B, TN, E-3, J-1, L-1, O-1), permanent residence (PERM, National Interest Waivers, Multinational Managers/Executives, Outstanding Researchers, Extraordinary Ability), and naturalization matters. Paul provides strategic counsel to a variety of clients from small startups, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits to multinational corporations. Paul joined Parker Gallini after previously practicing immigration law at other Boston-based immigration firms for more than six years.
Paul also continues to regularly advise individuals with family-based petitions and applications for relatives to secure U.S. permanent resident status and citizenship (I-130, I-485, I-751, DS-260, N-400). He represents individuals in green card and naturalization interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and supports clients through consular processing of immigrant visa applications with the U.S. Department of State.
Paul is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing hockey.
